Priority Early Access Reservation

This page is a public summary, not the customer agreement. Metatron OS is a product of Metatron Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 97 683 302 810). That company supplies the program. A customer receives and accepts final written terms before any private payment link is sent.

Price and credit

The reservation price is A$750 + GST (A$825 including GST). Subject to the signed terms, the full A$750 is recorded as credit toward an eligible Metatron OS pilot, private founder consultation or complete business assessment. Applying credit to a service requires the customer's written instruction and a separately agreed service scope.

What is reserved

The reservation records the customer in a limited priority queue for consideration for controlled Metatron OS access. It does not provide immediate or unrestricted product access, a lifetime licence, equity, partnership, ownership, governance or product-control rights.

Access estimate and unused credit

Controlled access is currently expected within six months after the reservation is signed. This is a present development estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If controlled access has not been offered after six months, a customer with unused reservation credit may request a refund of that unused credit or choose to remain in the priority queue under the signed terms. This does not apply to any portion already applied on the customer's written instruction to a separately agreed service.

Qualification and payment

An application is not an order. Before payment, the business must complete a fit review, see a relevant demonstration and accept the final customer terms. There is no public checkout and no automatic acceptance into the program.

No guaranteed result

Metatron OS does not guarantee savings, automation percentages, business outcomes, general availability or suitability for a particular workflow. Consequential and regulated decisions must remain with appropriately authorised people.

Customer rights

Nothing in the final agreement may exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The final signed terms govern cancellation, refunds, service-credit treatment, privacy, security, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and disputes.
