Campaign privacy notice

This notice explains how information supplied for the Metatron OS Priority Access Program is handled by Metatron Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 97 683 302 810).

Information we collect

We may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, role, organisation website, team size and the workflow information you choose to include in your application or later correspondence. When present in the page address, the application also records campaign source parameters, the landing-page address and the referring-page address so we can identify which campaign produced the request.

How the application works

When you submit the application, the information is processed by the website hosting service and sent to the priority-access business email account. The public website does not place application answers in a customer database. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs and message data as part of providing those services. The campaign-source fields are included in the application email; they are not used to build an advertising profile on the public website.

Why we use the information

We use it to assess program fit, respond to your request, arrange a discovery conversation, prepare a relevant assessment or proposal, and maintain a record of the resulting business relationship. We do not sell application information.

What not to send

Do not submit client records, passwords, access codes, health information, tax identifiers, payment-card information or confidential production documents through the application. Any later transfer of operational data requires a separately agreed scope and secure method.

Retention and access

Unsuccessful or inactive applications are intended to be reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless the information must be retained for legal, accounting or active business purposes. Access is limited to people responsible for the priority-access program and supporting business administration.

Your choices

You may ask what application information is held, request a correction, withdraw from the program or ask that information be deleted where no legal retention requirement applies. Contact rns@metatroncore.com.

Marketing messages

Applying for the program is not a general marketing subscription. Any optional marketing consent will be requested separately. You may ask us to stop relevant communications at any time.
